基本情况
舒龙飞,湖北黄冈人,九三学社社员,中山大学逸仙学者,教授,博士生导师,广东省杰出青年基金、美国生命科学基金获得者?;窆噬缁嵝园⒚装脱Щ崆嗄杲讨敖盜nternational Dictyostelium Junior Faculty award(2024年)、广东省环境科学学会生态环境青年科技奖(2024年)等奖励。
课题组聚焦环境阿米巴研究、形成了独具特色的学术标签。研究体系获国家级及国际科研计划持续资助,主持了2项国家自然科学基金,以及广东省杰青、美国生命科学基金、欧洲进化学会等7项国内外项目。发表SCI论文83篇,H指数29。其中一作/通讯37篇(中科院一区26篇,自然指数论文10篇),包括ISME J.(2篇),Environ. Sci. Technol.(5篇),Water Res.(2篇),eLife(1篇)等领域重要学术期刊。现任国际水协会(IWA)水生物安全中国委员会委员,欧洲环境、生态与可持续发展华人学会青年理事,担任BMC Microbiology(JCR Q1)编委,《水生生物学报》青年编委。担任ISME J.、PNAS、ES&T、Water Res.等杂志审稿人,参与中国、波兰、瑞典等国内外基金项目评审。
研究方向
围绕原生动物阿米巴开展环境生物学相关研究,主要关注以下问题:
- 方法:分离培养、检测、物种和遗传资源库等技术问题;
- 原理:共生、捕食、协同进化等理论问题;
- 应用:生物安全、生物控制、生态修复等应用问题。
课题组专门致力于环境阿米巴研究,目标成为特色鲜明、在国内外有一定知名度的阿米巴实验室?;队曰肪场⑸?、微生物、环境工程、进化、生物学等学科感兴趣的本科生、硕士、博士、博士后与研究员加盟。
