Prof. Thiemens is an elected member of National Academy of USA and American Academy Arts and Sciences and world leading expert in Mass Independent Fractionation theory in stable isotope and its application in atmospheric chemistry especially in physical chemistry of isotope effects and solar system formation. He has received numerical awards and honors for his distinguished research and academic achievements. He has published altogether 20 Nature and Science papers.
