SOKHEE PHILEMON JUNG博士于美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学获博士学位，现任韩国全南大学助理教授，已发表20余篇SCI论文，获韩国水环境协会等多个奖励，任the journal of Korean Society of Environmental Engineers (JKSEE)的副主编。
